Rooms
We offer eleven guest rooms.
Each room has a full size bed, flat screen T.V with cable, A.C unit, dresser and personal sink and small fridge. We provide you with bathing towels and sheets.
We offer one room with two double beds which can connect to another room with one double bed (excellent for families with children). This suite with the connecting room offers up to a 6 person occupancy.
Enjoy our large front porch furnished with tables and chairs for your enjoyment. A out door shower is available for your convenience to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. A grill is also available for all guests.
The community kitchen has large flat screen TV and new appliances for your convenience if you wish to do some light cooking (self service).
Please be aware that we are
NOT a Bed and Breakfast.
Things To Do...
There are four miles of pristine beaches and many water activities such as surfing, swimming, fishing and sunbathing. Stroll on our boardwalk. The Shark River marina offers fishing, cruising and party boats. Our guest house is one short block from the ocean. There are many wonderful restaurants, shopping, nightlife and amusements. Belmar is accessible by car, bus or railroad and only one hour from New York City.

TWO DOUBLE BED ROOM
$895 per week
Our Largest Suite includes 2 full size beds, dresser, AC unit, sink, flat screen with cable. This room can be co-joined with a Standard room (additional room rates applies) if requested and available and is perfect for a family stay.
PLEASE NOTE: we do not book single nights.
"Two night" available if room has not been booked for weekly stay by that current week.

Full charges will apply to cancellations received with less than two weeks notice.
A sixty day cancellation notice is required on rentals of three or more rooms
